The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the project, from conceptualization to completion. This role ensures that the undergoing project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines. The position is responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, contractors and vendors, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring safe & smooth project operations.

Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing & managing all resources and site activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the project, within the agreed time and cost, whilst playing due regard to safety and meeting quality requirements
- Oversee allocated project from the concept phase to completion, ensuring all design, construction, and delivery are well-planned and executed by respective project managers effectively.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively for the allocated project




- Develop comprehensive project schedules alongside Project managers for the ongoing residential development, ensuring project is completed on time.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical documents.
- Analyze project profitability and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial viability.
- Track project expenditures to identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Implement and ensure robust safety protocols being followed on construction site.
- Act as the primary liaison between the design team and site operations to ensure proper implementation of GFC (Positive for construction) drawings and resolve any issues related to design discrepancies or schedule delays.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various central teams such as design, procurement, construction, marketing, and sales to ensure all aspects of a project
