Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Associate will support Clout Theory’s growth by identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and promoting the studio’s services through targeted outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential customers, conducting follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Clout Theory’s value proposition to founders and businesses. The role also involves assisting in the creation and execution of basic marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics,



preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close collaboration with the creative and operations teams to align sales efforts with ongoing projects.
