Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and focuses on fundraising and institutional sales within the investment and financial services space. The Manager – Fundraising & Institutional Sales will identify, engage, and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other large capital providers,



presenting investment opportunities and fund strategies. The role includes preparing pitch books, investor presentations, and detailed financial materials, as well as coordinating due diligence processes and responding to investor queries. The manager will track pipelines, report fundraising progress to leadership, and collaborate with internal teams such as investment, research, and compliance to ensure accurate and compliant communication. The position requires proactive market mapping, regular investor outreach, and a disciplined approach to meeting fundraising targets and institutional sales objectives.

Qualifications
- CFA Level II or III completed (mandatory), with strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management concepts, and capital markets.
- Experience in fundraising, institutional sales, investor relations, or similar client-facing roles within asset management, private equity
