About the Role

Aryans Sea Sight Resort is looking for a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Cook who can efficiently handle different sections of the kitchen and prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of dishes as per the resort's menu and guest requirements.
- Handle different kitchen sections as required, including Indian, Chinese, Continental, snacks, breakfast, and basic bakery items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients through cutting, cleaning, marinating, chopping, grinding, and other pre-preparation activities.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and cooking procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen,



equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, cooked food, and perishable items.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen In-Charge, F&B; Manager, and service team for timely order preparation.
- Manage food preparation efficiently during peak hours and high occupancy.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of ingredients.
- Assist with daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Report shortages, damaged items, equipment issues, or low-quality ingredients to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquets, parties, events, and special food promotions.
