Position
MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Pediatrics

Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- Valid NMC / Gujarat Medical Council Registration

Experience
- 3–4 Years of Experience as an MBBS RMO / Duty Doctor
- Pediatric Department Experience is Mandatory/Preferred

Salary
? ₹1.00 Lakh – ₹1.40 Lakhs per Month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pediatric OPD and IPD patients under the supervision of Pediatric Consultants
- Monitor neonates, infants, and pediatric patients admitted to the hospital
- Perform initial assessment, history taking, clinical examination, and documentation
- Recognize and manage pediatric emergencies and provide timely stabilization
- Assist Pediatric Consultants during procedures, rounds, and emergency management
- Monitor vital signs, treatment response, investigations, and medication administration




- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge documentation
- Escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant promptly
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards

Skills Required
- Strong clinical knowledge with good Pediatric patient-handling experience
- Valuable emergency assessment and stabilization skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and under senior consultant supervision
- Professional, responsible, and patient-centric approach
