Job Requirements:
- Freshers with a Diploma or Degree are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are preferred.
- Experienced candidates should possess basic knowledge of FMCG product merchandising in retail stores.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in retail store environments and travel within assigned locations, if required.
- Candidates must be available for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in retail stores.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain product displays as per company standards.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Provide regular updates on product availability and market observations.
