Role Description
The Branch Manager role at Trinova Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Mahasamund. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including planning workflows, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets,



and implementing company policies to achieve business targets and maintain service quality. The Branch Manager will build and maintain client relationships, support local business development initiatives, and represent the branch in internal and external meetings. The role also includes leading and coaching staff, resolving operational issues, and preparing regular reports for senior management to support informed decision-making.
