Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management, planning, reporting, fundraising, compliance, and risk-management functions of our real estate company.

The CFO will work closely with the Board, MD, CEO, project teams, banks, investors, auditors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure financial stability, profitable growth, effective capital allocation, and solid financial governance across all real estate projects. The role will cover project feasibility, construction finance, cash-flow management, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy and Leadership

Develop and implement the company’s short-term and long-term financial strategy.





Advise the Board, MD, and senior management on business expansion, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and project launches.

Prepare financial plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, land acquisitions, redevelopment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and performance standards.

2. Project Finance and Real Estate Analysis

Prepare and review financial feasibility studies for residential, commercial, plotted, mixed-use, and other real estate projects.

Develop project-wise financial models covering revenue, construction cost, land cost, funding requirements, profitability, cash flow, ROI, IRR, and break-even analysis.

Monitor project budgets against actual costs and investigate major variances.
