real estate, business development, property sourcing, negotiations, and operations
to strengthen our Supply Team.

? Role: Supply – Real Estate & Business Operations

Mumbai & Bangalore

? Education

Graduate or above

? Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience

Experience in
real estate, property consulting, brokerage, hospitality, corporate housing, sales, procurement, or business development
will be an advantage.

? What will you do?
- Identify and source
quality residential properties




suitable for corporate stays.
- Build and maintain relationships with
property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners
.
- Understand corporate accommodation requirements and
source properties accordingly
.
- Conduct
property visits, inspections, and feasibility assessments
.
- Shortlist properties based on
location, pricing, configuration, quality, amenities, and corporate suitability
.
- Negotiate
rental commercials and commercial terms
with property owners and partners.
- Coordinate property documentation, onboarding, and other
pre-closure activities
.
- Maintain an updated
property supply pipeline and inventory database
.
- Work closely with the
Sales, Business Development, Operations & Other cross functional teams
to fulfil corporate requirements.
- Track market trends, rental prices, new developments, and
competitive residential inventory
.
- Explore current micro-markets and develop
strong local supp
