Role Description
The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance to students on academic pathways, course selections, and educational opportunities, ensuring alignment with their interests, abilities, and long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing information sessions on educational programs,



and assisting students with admission processes and documentation. The role involves collaborating with educational institutions, maintaining accurate student records, and preparing reports on counseling outcomes and student progress. The Academic Counsellor will also support career awareness initiatives, respond to student and parent inquiries, and participate in outreach activities to promote the organization’s services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.
