1. Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and offer status.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and induction coordination.
2. Learning & Development (L&D;)
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee induction sessions.
- Prepare training schedules and communicate with employees and trainers.
- Track employee participation and maintain training records.
- Collect and compile training feedback for evaluation.
- Assist in identifying employee learning needs and updating training calendars.
- Support the preparation of training reports and learning metrics.
- Follow up with employees and managers for pending or incomplete timesheets.
- Verify timesheet accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll and project teams to resolve timesheet discrepancies.
- Prepare timesheet reports and maintain accurate records for payroll processing.
General HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
