Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and active Field Work Executive to handle day-to-day field activities across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, offices, project sites, government/private offices, and other locations as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all types of field-related work assigned by the company.
- Visit client offices, project sites, vendors, and other locations across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Submit and collect documents, letters, bills, invoices, and other official paperwork.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and other external parties.
- Visit sites for document collection, verification, follow-ups, and other official requirements.
- Support the HR/Admin/Operations team with field-related activities.
- Complete bank, courier, government office, and other official visits when required.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper records of field visits, documents, and expenses.
- Travel within the assigned areas as per business requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field work, office support, delivery, collection, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel independently across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
- Knowledge of Delhi-NCR routes will be an added advantage.
