The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and completing school-related projects within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and management expectations.

The role will coordinate with management, principals, architects, contractors, vendors, engineers, facility teams, and internal departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute school infrastructure and development projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify delays at an early stage.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different school campuses.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, and timeline.

B. School Infrastructure Projects

Manage and monitor projects such as:
- Current school construction and expansion.




- Classroom construction and renovation.
- Laboratories, libraries, activity rooms, and administrative areas.
- Sports facilities and playground development.
- Hostels, dining facilities, and staff accommodation.
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and civil works.
- School furniture and classroom setup.
- CCTV, access control, networking, and other technology infrastructure.
- Landscaping, parking, campus beautification, and other development works.

C. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Identify, coordinate, and monitor contractors, suppliers, consultants, and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations in coordination with the management/procurement team.
- Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
- Ensure contractors follow approved specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate site meetings and resolve execution-related issues.
