VisioGen is a human-verified AI patient communication platform built for ophthalmology practices in the US market. The platform combines AI-assisted patient communication with clinical oversight to improve patient engagement and consultation outcomes.

The role requires solid ownership of project execution and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. You will maintain project documentation and reporting, identify delivery risks and dependencies, support process improvements, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders. The role is suited for someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving from planning through execution.





What you'll do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for assigned VisioGen initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to drive execution.
- Track project progress against agreed KPIs, objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide explicit status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, action items, and other PMO governance requirements.
