Role Description

A senior growth role owning revenue expansion across all three of our sales channels D2C, retail and institutional with artificial intelligence used as the default working tool rather than an add-on.

The person sits above our existing digital team and works alongside our general sales team, D2C team and institutional sales team to make customer acquisition faster, cheaper and more measurable. This is a role that succeeds through influence, not authority: the ability to win the confidence of an established sales force matters as much as technical skill.

Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Job Description / Responsibilities

D2C
- Own shop.zorabian.com end to end traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, CAC and contribution margin.
- Run paid acquisition on Meta and Google, and retention through WhatsApp, subscription and win-back journeys.

Retail (Quick commerce, E-commerce, General and Modern trade)
- Grow share of category online, search visibility, listing content, ratings, retail media.
- Support contemporary trade partners with data on what sells, where,



and which promotions pay back.

Institutional / B2B
- Build an outbound engine generating qualified leads from HoReCa, cloud kitchens, QSR chains, caterers and food manufacturers across Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat.
- Structure the funnel end to end - prospecting, CRM discipline, follow-up SLAs and pipeline reporting.

AI across the business
- Apply AI to lead scoring, prospect enrichment, personalised outreach, creative and content production, competitor and price monitoring.
- Extend the same approach into demand forecasting.

Measurement
- Own the growth scorecard - CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, cost per qualified lead, pipeline velocity - and one automated dashboard the leadership team uses.
- Maintain a documented experiment log: hypothesis, test, result, decision.
