We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and sales-oriented Tele-Sales Executive who can handle reservation enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, explain wellness programs effectively, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary

The Tele-Sales Executive – Reservations & Sales will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling booking enquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining wellness programs and retreat packages, following up with prospective clients, and converting enquiries into confirmed reservations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasive selling,



customer-handling and follow-up skills, along with a strong service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Sales

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to wellness programs, retreats and reservations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs/packages.

Explain program inclusions, treatment plans, accommodation, pricing and terms & conditions clearly.

Convert enquiries and qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant programs, therapies and services.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until closure.

Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets.

Customer Handling

Provide qualified and courteous assistance to prospective and existing guests.

Resolve customer queries regarding programs, availability, pricing, accommodation and treatments.
