Role: Workday Reporting Specialist
Role & Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable Workday solutions.
- Design, develop, implement and test Workday reports, dashboards, using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools and analytics to meet client-specific needs and taking to account all relevant information governance and security policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and reconciling report results with source data.
- Prioritise the HR reporting queue to ensure clients receive timely service, updates and have clear expectations about when they can expect their report(s).
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on optimizing Workday reporting functionalities.
- Document reporting requirements, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes, incl.
creating and maintaining SOP, job aides and other training material as required
- Performing data analyses and building self-service tools to determine the data integrity and reliability levels in client systems
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams on Workday reporting best practices.
- Analyse client data, identify trends, and offer insights to enhance HR decision-making processes and to drive continuous improvement within the HR Reporting function.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, deliver solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and enhancements to advise clients on optimizing reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for Workday reporting services.
