Role Description
The Growth & Client Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, driving lead generation campaigns, and managing the end-to-end client acquisition process. The executive will engage with decision-makers, present Wyred’s creative staffing solutions,
and build long-term relationships that support business growth. Daily tasks include researching target markets, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to match client needs with talent offerings, and tracking performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition skills for identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Communication skills to present services, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
