We are looking for a motivated and responsible Fresher Production Supervisor / Operator with an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The candidate will assist in supervising shop floor activities, ensuring smooth production operations, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
- Maintain discipline and safety practices in the workplace.
- Coordinate with Quality team for inspection and rejection control.
- Ensure proper material handling and avoid wastage.
- Maintain daily production reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Identify basic production issues and escalate to seniors.
- Support continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Operate machines as and when required to support production activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of drawings (basic level)
- Good communication and team handling ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Hands-on attitude and readiness to work on machines when needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
