Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Finance to lead our financial operations in Udaipur, India. This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on financial oversight with forward-looking analysis, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term organizational initiatives.
The Director of Finance will work collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads to strengthen financial processes, enhance visibility into performance, and ensure the organization operates efficiently and sustainably. You will also be responsible for presenting financial data and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.
**Financial Oversight & Reporting**
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain solid internal controls and transparent systems of checks and balances
- Coordinate and oversee annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance in accordance with Indian financial regulations
