Solution Architect – Python / Cloud / MicroservicesRole

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in enterprise solution architecture, Python development, microservices, API integration, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring the candidate to actively participate in coding, development, and technical implementation alongside architecture and design responsibilities.

The candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions, providing architectural direction to development teams, and contributing directly to implementation when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security,



and infrastructure architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define microservices architecture, integration patterns, and API strategies.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation and deployment.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and appropriate mitigation strategies.
