Role & responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons, practical labs, and demonstrations for secondary students (Grades 812).
- Enforce strict laboratory safety protocols and maintain chemical inventories and equipment.
- Assess student progress, grade lab reports and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for national or international board examinations

Boarding & Residential Life Duties
- Participate in house duty rotations, including evening prep supervision, weekend wake-ups, and mealtime monitoring.
- Provide pastoral care and act as a resident mentor, supporting students' emotional well-being and personal growth.




- Assist with evening remedial or tutorial help for boarding students struggling with coursework.
- Supervise residential health, safety, and discipline guidelines within the boarding house. [1]

Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties
- Lead or coordinate science clubs, STEM fairs, or Olympiad training.
- Accompany students on educational field trips and outdoor excursions.
- Attend regular staff meetings, career development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
