About the Role

New Fleet Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound sales activities, scheduling meetings, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into customers. The candidate should be confident in communicating with clients and comfortable working toward monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized prospect database.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales activities.




- Understand client requirements and present suitable company services and solutions.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, product/service demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and customer information in the CRM.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, conversions, and follow-up status.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
