Role Description
The Assistant Manager Client Acquisition and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and driving business growth for the MyRCloud platform. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, delivering presentations and product demos, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with business objectives.



The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, managing client queries, tracking performance metrics, and preparing periodic business development reports. The Assistant Manager will actively contribute to strategic initiatives and campaigns to expand MyRCloud’s presence in the recruitment-tech market.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within technology, recruitment, or related sectors.
- Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis, develop outreach strategies, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
