Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Linux system Administrator to be part of the global Engineering-IT organization. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years’ experience in managing Linux environment in large enterprise, troubleshooting system/OS issues, implementing security best practices, and supporting critical business applications. This role requires robust technical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities





Linux System Administration
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Linux OS & application (Red Hat and Ubuntu) in a physical and virtual environment
- Perform system monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage enterprise identity services and access controls.

Infrastructure & Platform Support
- Support physical, virtual, and AWS-based Linux environments used for semiconductor design.
- Manage core infrastructure services such as DNS, LDAP, NFS, email, printing, and web/application servers.
- Administer HPC clusters, job scheduling platforms, and engineering data management tools.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security.

Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support audits, compliance activities, firewall management, and access reviews.
