About The Role
EON Reality is seeking a structured, process-driven, and disciplined Business Development Manager based in India or the APAC region to support our expansion across the APAC region. This role is ideal for an experienced, entrepreneurial professional who can build and manage a strong business development pipeline while ensuring consistent execution and operational rigor. International experience—particularly in Western markets, Singapore, or other non-Indian Asian regions—is essential to succeed in this cross-cultural role.





You will play a key part in driving the expansion of EON's AI-powered XR platform across education, enterprise, and government sectors. The role involves developing strategic initiatives, establishing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, enterprise software, or related technology industries. Proven success in achieving or surpassing USD 350,000+ in annual sales is essential. Experience working internationally, especially with clients or teams in Western or non-Indian Asian markets such as Singapore, is highly valued. A solid understanding of structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems—preferably HubSpot—is required.
