Description

We are looking for a Data Research Executive to support our sales and business development team through lead research, data management, and tool operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with platforms like Apollo, Hunter, Contact Out and CRM systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency. This role offers strong growth opportunities in sales operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage AI-powered research tools (Apollo.io) to build targeted lead lists
- Apply ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) filters to identify the right companies and decision-makers
- Qualify and verify AI-generated lead data before it enters the CRM pipeline
- Conduct deep-dive research on high-priority accounts before client meetings (company background, recent news, funding, pain points)
- Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date records across Zoho CRM
- Coordinate data flow between Apollo → Clay → Zoho CRM → JustCall
- Track and remove stale, duplicate, or low-quality leads from the pipeline




- Monitor buying signals — job postings, funding announcements, leadership changes — for target accounts
- Support the BDE and consultant with pre-call research briefs and prospect summaries

Qualifications
- 1 Year of experience in a sales support, research, or data operations role
- Comfortable working with online tools, dashboards, and data platforms
- High attention to detail — accuracy of data is your primary KPI
- Positive written English for summarising company and contact research
- Basic understanding of B2B sales concepts and what makes a qualified lead
- Bachelor's degree in any field — Business, Commerce, IT, or related preferred
