Job Opening – Leadership Role(CBSE School)

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our CBSE-affiliated school with academic excellence, robust leadership, and effective administration.

Qualification Requirements
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching and academic administrative experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Prior experience as Vice Principal/Principal preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE affiliation by-laws, policies, and academic framework.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and student performance.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, appraisal, and professional development.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and positive school culture.
- Oversee examinations, academic planning, and school operations.




- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Promote innovation, skill-based learning, and holistic student development.
- Guide the school towards continuous growth and excellence.
