Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide product and order information to customers.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer support.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil (English and Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹10,486.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
