About your team

The HR Systems Team sits within the FIL Platforms function and works in partnership with Compensation & Perks, HR Business Partners and business groups to provide assistance in the technological support on Workday Human Capital Management System and other HR applications such as Cornerstone On Demand and LinkedIn Learning

About your role
This role focuses on delivering unified, high-quality reporting solutions across HRIS platforms to support data-driven decision-making and service delivery excellence. While Workday remains a core system,



the role requires a broader perspective across multiple HR technologies. The ideal candidate will apply AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and governance. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to HR technology transformation projects

About you

Reporting & Analytics
- Design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced Workday reporting solutions across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
- Provide technical direction and oversight for Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable.
- Drive reporting standards, governance, quality assurance, and best practices across the team.
