- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Domestic Formulations / APIs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic pharma market
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Pharma companies
- Distributors & stockists
- Hospitals & institutional clients
- Handle third-party manufacturing (PCD / loan license / contract manufacturing) business
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA, Regulatory, Dispatch) for smooth execution

Prepare and negotiate :
- Quotations
- Pricing
- Contracts & agreements
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of pharma manufacturing & domestic market dynamics
- Experience in third-party manufacturing / contract manufacturing business
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Client relationship management
- Good understanding of documentation (agreements, regulatory basics)
- MS Office / CRM knowledge
