Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated
SEO & Organic Growth Manager
to lead our organic search strategy and accelerate digital growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, driving qualified patient enquiries, and positioning Gaudium IVF as India's leading online authority in fertility, IVF, and women's reproductive health.

This role requires technical SEO, content strategy, website optimization, analytics, and AI-driven search trends.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and patient lead generation through data-driven SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO optimization.
- Build and manage topic clusters, content architecture, and internal linking strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to create high-quality, medically accurate content.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and user experience.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools, and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
