Position Summary
The position will be responsible to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization
of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with
business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams,
ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in
finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align
ERP capabilities with business processes.
- Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system
performance.
- Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or
middleware.
