We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive our Education Sales business across North India.

Role: Associate Vice President – Education Sales

What you'll own:

? Full P&L; responsibility for the Punjab, Jammu, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh region

? Lead and mentor a team of 4+ sales professionals

? Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic sales planning across the region

? Build solid relationships with institutional/education partners and key stakeholders

? Own regional business performance end-to-end — from planning to execution

What we're looking for:

✅ 8+ years of experience in Education Sales / B2B sales, with proven leadership exposure





✅ Prior experience managing a team (minimum 4 members)

✅ Hands-on experience owning P&L; for a region or vertical

✅ Strong understanding of the education sector and regional market dynamics in North India

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
