Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Thermosag’s MVR and thermal solutions across target industrial sectors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and maintaining relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders. The Sales Marketing Manager will also track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide insight to leadership for product positioning and growth opportunities.
