Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate -Invoice to Cash

Work Location: Noida(Work from office)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Billing and Invoicing.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor review and update the Customer details in CRM
• Invoice corrections Credits & Rebills
• Emails queries/requests from field teams
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update Work Instructions.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• College or University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
• A proficient level of English
• Result oriented and attention to detail is a must.
• Teammate attitude
• Ability to be pro-active and to think “creatively”.
