Role Overview
We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and enjoys interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable destinations and packages, handle inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, number of travelers, budget, hotel preferences, and activities.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close bookings while achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners for smooth trip execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the CRM.
- Upsell relevant services such as activities, sightseeing, transfers, upgrades, travel insurance, and other add-ons.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, hotel options, and package offerings.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.
