Role Description
The Founders Office role at Dooza is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role works closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, oversee key projects, and support decision-making across product, operations, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, preparing presentations and reports, tracking metrics and project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional communication.



The role also involves supporting fundraising and partnership efforts, streamlining internal processes, and acting as a bridge between leadership and various teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling diverse responsibilities, and contributing directly to the company’s growth.
