This role is ideal for someone who has been working in
Learning & Development (L&D;) operations
and enjoys improving learning processes rather than only conducting training.

You'll be responsible for:

1. Managing and administering the SuccessFactors LMS
2. Coordinating learning programs across different business teams
3. Running induction programs for current employees
4. Tracking training effectiveness and learning reports
5. Supporting digital learning initiatives
6. Working with internal stakeholders and external training partners
7. Improving L&D; processes through automation and digitization
8. Building learning content and assessments(good to have) not rejection rejection

Must have
- Hands-on working experience with administration of SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System).
- Minimum L&D; relevant experience of 5 years and overall experience up to 10 years.
- IRIS/IATF Certification and/or understanding.
- Combination of experience working in Technology GCC and manufacturing plant is preferred.
