We are looking for an experienced Senior General Manager - Civil to lead and manage the civil projects function at our Head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and overall management of civil construction projects while ensuring quality, timelines, safety , and cost efficiency .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee civil projects from planning to completion
- Manage project planning, execution, budgeting , and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal team
- Review drawings , BOQs, Estimates and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements , and project procedures
- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective measures.
- Prepare and Review project reports and provide regular updates to senior management
- Lead and mentor the project/civil engineering team
Desired Skills:
- Robust project management and leadership skills .
- Excellent knowledge of civil construction and project execution
- Strong coordination , negotiation , and problem solving abilities
- Good knowledge of project planning , costing, contracts, and quality control
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software
Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
