Role Description
The Subject Matter Expert – US Information Technology Recruitment will lead end-to-end hiring for IT roles in the US market,



ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. In this full-time remote position, the role involves sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels, conducting detailed technical and behavioral assessments, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The SME will collaborate closely with clients to refine job descriptions, understand role-specific competencies, and provide market insights on skills, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Daily responsibilities include managing applicant pipelines in ATS tools, ensuring compliance with data privacy and recruitment policies, and maintaining high-quality candidate experience. The role also includes mentoring junior recruiters, optimizing recruitment processes with analytics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in IT hiring strategies.
