About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Business Head – Karnataka
to take complete ownership of the state-level business, including distribution, partner network, branch operations, team building, and revenue growth.

This is a
build-and-grow mandate
, ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in broking distribution, partner/franchise networks, and regional P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the
Karnataka P&L;
, including revenue, costs, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Build and expand the
AP/DSA/partner network
, particularly across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
- Drive partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Lead the rollout and expansion of
branch-based learning and client acquisition centres
across Karnataka.
- Build, manage, and mentor a regional team across partner acquisition,



relationship management, client support, and business development.
- Drive key growth metrics including
active clients, partner count, client engagement, revenue per client, and overall business growth
.
- Strengthen and re-energize the Bangalore business with a focus on partner growth and wealth-led client acquisition.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies while identifying current market opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of
KYC, onboarding, partner economics, margin/funding processes
, and other operational requirements.
- Present regular business performance and growth updates to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience
in BFSI, stock broking, financial services, or distribution.
- Strong experience in
broking distribution / channel management / partner network management
.
- Proven experience managing
P&L; or regional/channel business ownership
.
- Hands-on experience building
