About the Role

ChfMart, operated by TGG Technologies Private Limited, is a cold chain infrastructure, logistics, and wholesale distribution company serving customers across Northeast India.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make regular telephonic calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for business requirements.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly business development targets.
- Assist in developing new B2B customer accounts across Guwahati and Northeast India.

Requirements
- Good communication in English,



Hindi and Assamese.
- Confident and skilled while speaking over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computer.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with BDE, telecalling, sales, or business development experience will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Performance-based incentives may be provided.
