Role Description
The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that promote Thangam Hospitals’ services and community-focused programs. Day-to-day, this role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting local market and patient demographic research, and coordinating promotional activities across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop patient-centered messaging, manage hospital branding materials, and support community outreach events. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to strengthen patient engagement, awareness, and reach.
