. The role will rely deeply on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI capabilities to unlock current product opportunities and features, improve decision-making, and drive innovation-led growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive the E-commerce Product Strategy
- Define and own the roadmap for our
e-commerce ecosystem
, ensuring it caters to
B2C users
across categories like auto, electronics, services, real estate, and goods.
- Identify pain points for buyers and sellers, businesses and consumers alike — crafting experiences that balance simplicity, trust, and performance.
- Collaborate with operations, business, analytics, and marketing teams to improve platform liquidity, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Build AI / ML Capabilities




- Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into products, workflows, and strategic initiatives.
- Work with engineering and data teams to conceptualize, evaluate, and scale AI-driven product features and automation use cases.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, LLM ecosystems, and applied AI innovations to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Drive experimentation using AI-enabled tools for user insights, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency.

Build Scalable Commerce Capabilities
- Drive end-to-end development of
core e-commerce flows
including product discovery, listing management, checkout, fulfillment tracking, and post-sale interactions.
- Build and optimize tools tailored for both B2C users (e.g., casual listers, individual buyers) and B2B merchants (e.g., multi-SKU inventory managers, repeat sellers).
