Business Development – Resource Augmentation

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The primary responsibility of the Business Development – Resource Augmentation professional is to identify prospective customers, establish relationships with decision-makers, complete vendor empanelment, generate staffing requirements and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts for CET.

The candidate is expected to independently develop new accounts while also expanding opportunities with existing customers and business partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Current Client Acquisition
- Identify prospective customers requiring Resource Augmentation, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Permanent Staffing and Engineering Manpower Services.
- Develop opportunities with Product Companies, GCCs, IT/Engineering Services companies, Semiconductor companies, Automotive organizations and Manufacturing companies.




- Identify and approach key stakeholders including:
- HR Heads
- Talent Acquisition Heads
- Vendor Management Teams
- Procurement/Sourcing Teams
- Staffing Managers
- Engineering/Business Unit Heads
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking and direct customer engagement.
- Schedule meetings and present CET’s capabilities to prospective customers.
- Maintain a structured business development pipeline from lead identification through account conversion.

2. Vendor Empanelment & Partnership Development
- Drive end-to-end vendor empanelment with prospective customers.
- Coordinate submission of company profiles, commercial proposals, NDAs, MSAs, Service Agreements and vendor registration documents.
- Follow up with Vendor Management, Procurement and Talent Acquisition teams until successful empanelment.
