B. Customer Support & TrainingEnsuring customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service and effective technical support.
Guide and train customers on basic machine operation, safety procedures, and regular maintenance tasks.
C. Service Documentation and Customer FeedbackMaintain accurate records of machine issues, maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts used after each visit.
Collect customer feedback on machine performance and share insights with the R&D; team for product improvement.
D. Demo & Sales Support
Support the team during machine demo activities in sales visits whenever required.
