POS, payment gateways, OTAs, and in-house web/mobile application
s across our parks and resorts

- y.Monitor application health
, server uptime, logs, Redis, scheduled jo
bs, and proactively troubleshoot production issue
- s.Ensure smooth ticket scanning, booking, redemption, payment, settlement, and integration workflow




- s.Coordinate with external vendors fo
r application enhancements, integrations, issue resolution, and timely delive

- y.Provide technical support to park/store teams and troubleshoot POS and application-related issue
- s.Maintain technical documentation coverin
g application configurations, integration flows, support procedures, backup and recove
