Role Description
The Sales Support Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking leads and follow-ups, assisting in scheduling meetings and demonstrations, and preparing sales reports and documentation. The Sales Support Executive will help ensure timely responses to client requests, coordinate with technical and design teams for solution details, and support post-sales communication for smooth project handovers. The role requires a strong customer service mindset and a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professional communication.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
