The Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Analysis & Problem Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis, assess risks, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
- Evaluate, test, and optimize solutions that align with customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project timelines.

2. Solution Design & Integration
- Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premises,



cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Integrate systems, applications, and platforms to enable seamless operations and business continuity.
- Develop and automate workflows, processes, and operational tasks to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

3. Project Delivery & Documentation
- Lead technical delivery activities from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to timelines.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectures, procedures, configurations, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Monitor implementation risks and drive remediation plans to minimize service disruptions.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and solutions clearly to both
